1. Electronic Invoicing

It is Netregistry's company policy to reduce our environmental impact where possible. Therefore, you will not be posted a paper version of this invoice. Please keep the attached document on file for your records.

2. Invoice is not attached

If the invoice is not attached, it is possible that your anti-virus software has incorrectly labeled the document as a virus. Please adjust your anti-virus software to allow the attachment to be received.

3. Update your email details

If this invoice has been sent to an incorrect email address, please update your recorded contact details. Simply, by logging into the Console with your Account Username and Password. Once logged in, click on "Manage Contacts" to change your personal details.

4. Cancellation required

Subscription services renew automatically to prevent disruption to running services. If you no longer wish to renew this service, it is required to cancel it prior to the expiry date using our online cancellation form. Services cancelled after the automatic renewal are not eligible for refunds or credits. Please be aware, we do not accept cancellations by Email or Phone. Please see detailed instructions on how to cancel.

5. Pay-Per-Click media spend

Please note, Google and/or Yahoo! media spend are not subject to standard payment terms. Payment is to be made at the time of invoicing, otherwise ads will be paused until payment is received.
